Specialty massage includes everything a standard 60 minute massage offers - Then there's more. Because - An hour massage is the fastest hour of life. As a therapist - To be honest, I feel like I'm often getting into the intricacies of therapy in just one hour. This holds true especially for a first time massage. As a client - 60 minutes of massage flies by. In my specialty massage I offer everything that comes with a one hour massage. Please refer to standard massage to see what is includes - Such as biomat technology and essential oil usage for each massage.
Plus, an add-on. I offer add-ons as a way to extend the therapeutic massage advantage. Includes in a standard massage - Shoulder bolsters, Light aromatherapy, and hot towels along the back and neck. With a specialty massage you receive more. More time - 20 minutes added on to your typical 60 minute massage for added therapeutic benefits. Also you choose an add-on. Standard Massage
Each massage includes special extras unique to each client - Such as red light & full spectrum light therapy & full length, heated biomat. Hot towels and light aromatherapy are also complimentary in standard massage. Jade eye masks are an option as well. You can even choose your own music if you'd like :)
Biomat technology is a revolutionary boost in the heated massage table. It has negative ionic charge which promotes relaxation and healing. Negative ions are also said to improve organ function. Infrared rays help relieve joint pain including arthritic symptoms and so much more. The bio-mat is also infused with tourmaline and others stones which promotes healthy circulation.
Years of experience in aromatherapy has brought wonderful blends to the therapy room where you will enjoy not just great scents but also the range of benefits that essential oils offer.
Hot and cold therapy is wonderful in promoting well being and balance. At A Little Zen each regular massage offers the option of hot towels on the back and cool stones for your eyes.

Auto Insurance Claims
A Little Zen accepts clients with auto insurance coverage for massage.
Injuries from auto accidents require a more specific treatment plan.
More treatment time before and after a session is sometimes needed to reach client goals.
Included with each session is consideration for the extra time that someone would need who is receiving special medical care. A post massage plan is offered to further help the client at home, such as stretching and other valuable self care tips.
