Standard Massage

Our Standard Massage is anything but standard. Each session is a full-body experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and feel renewed.

Every massage includes:

• Red light and full-spectrum light therapy for skin and cellular health

• Full-length heated Biomat infused with amethyst, tourmaline, and other natural stones

• Hot towels on the back and neck for muscle relaxation

• Optional jade eye mask and personalized music selection

Because sometimes, an hour just isn’t enough.

Our Specialty Massage includes everything from the Standard 60-minute session — plus an extra 20 minutes for deeper therapeutic work and one premium add-on of your choice.

An hour massage can feel like the fastest hour of your life. This extended session gives your therapist more time to focus on the intricate layers of your body’s tension and provide a truly transformative experience.

Includes:

• All features of the Standard Massage (Biomat, aromatherapy, hot towels, light therapy)

• An additional 20 minutes of massage time

• Your choice of one add-on (see options below)

This is the perfect choice for first-time clients, those needing focused therapeutic care, or anyone who simply wants a little more time to relax and recover.

If you’ve been injured in an auto accident, A Little Zen accepts clients with auto insurance coverage for massage therapy.

Car accident injuries often require a more specific treatment plan, including additional time before and after sessions for assessment and care planning. Each client receives a personalized post-massage plan, including stretching guidance and self-care techniques to aid recovery at home.
