I have had a lifelong passion for holistic healing. Learning about herbalism and other therapies as a child, going to massage school simply made sense.
Prior to becoming a licensed massage therapist I was a restorative technician, working along side physical therapist to help develop an exercise routine for my clients.
As a graduate of Irene's Myomassology - I have been fortunate to gain experience in a variety of massage.
I have since become experienced in an assortment of modalities including cupping, hot rocks, salt stone therapy, shiatsu, cranio sacral, myofacial release and sports massage. I now offer KT taping as well.
I have been making homemade body wellness products for decades. Having worked with aromatherapy for over 20 years now, I've perfected some essential oil blends for massage creams and scrubs.
When I'm not in my office, I love hanging out with my family. I am an artist and play the Native American flute, which I feel is a great way to both get my day started and wind down as well.
