Through the years we have heard a lot about aromatherapy.
If you're like most people you've purchased oils for diffusing, maybe a few other things.
Maybe you have been confused and overwhelmed when it comes to buying the right oils, finding quality oils, and how to use them.
It can be a lot. I know because I have been working with essential oils for around 30 years and still love learning more.
There's a lot to know.
One question you may be asking already because you clicked this link is...
What is an Aromatherapist?
An Aromatherapist is someone that studies the properties and use of essential oils and make blends designed to your specific well being needs.
How I go about things at A Little Zen is I send you a detailed questionnaire asking things like what you are using oils for, what scents you enjoy (that part is important. Who wants a great therapeutic blend they can't stand the smell of?) and what your space is like where you'll be using your oils.
Next step - I either ship them to you or you come to the beautiful office. I explain why I used the combination I did.
Step further - If you want further information on your oils I can set up a virtual or in person meeting. It's like a mini one on one essential oil class. I'll explain my choices and can recommend more.
Even more - If you choose personal care oils you can come in for a half an hour massage that includes your great new product and I teach you how to best use them at home.
Going further - Want essential oils for body care? I have formulated great carrier oils for face and body. One of my favorites for dry skin is a blend coconut, jojoba and sunflower oil infused with saffron. I mix in different essential oils in this base, use on my feet before bed and I'm walking on air the next day! I have a great face blend infused with dragons blood and palo santo. The base itself is amazing! Mixed with essential oils it's perfect! Depending on your needs your base oils may be different.
DIY is great but gets expensive. If you were to make a combo carrier oil base and add just 3-5 essential oils you're looking at paying 100 dollars or more. Carrier oils only last so long. So you can be stuck buying a bunch of product that will go bad in 6 months.
I use the best quality carrier and therapeutic grade essential oils I can find. Finding a supplier that provides high quality oils can be difficult. Premade blends are usually not suited to your personal needs.
Put your trust in my knowledge. You'll be glad you did!
